Confetti and Cupcake Toppers
This is a super simple and quick project that adds some extra interest to your party decor.
To make the cupcake toppers all you need to do is take your 1" circle and tape a toothpick to the back.

   All you need:
    + Scrap paper left over from your pinwheel or coaster project
    + A 1" hole punch like this one
    + A regular small hole punch
    + Toothpicks
    + Tape
