FREE GEOMETRIC DEER DESKTOPS

Two things that are super trending right now - geometric everything and faux trophy deer heads. I love both. How about you?

Just yesterday I used a gift card to Uncommon Goods on a cardboard deer head for my office (thanks Joe and Rebecca!). How fun is this? I plan on spray painting it gold, of course. :)

My purchase left me feeling inspired, and I decided to share some FREE geometric deer head desktops.  I hope you enjoy them!

And here are directions on installing one of the wallpapers on your mac or your pc.

  1. Love it! We have a pair of resin antlers above our bed. Love the desktop background too! I'll have to switch mine out tonight.

  2. My Story. After my daughter graduated from college, she moved to Japan ... with just two suitcases of things ... to teach English there indefinitely. Her subsequent boyfriend also moved there with just his two suitcases of things. Three years later, they decided to leave Japan and move to Scotland. Both left Japan with the same two suitcases of things that they had arrived with. They both abhor accumulating things because when the whim hits, they want to be able to move again ... each with just two suitcases of things. Many of us try to teach our children not be materialistic, but I may have taken it too far with her! (Keep reading -- I do actually have a point to this story!) It is difficult to buy gifts for my daughter because of the aforementioned two-suitcase limit, but when they came to visit for Christmas, she did agree to accept a moose trophy head, very similar to yours. (It came folded flat and fit into the ONE suitcase they travel with.) When she hung it on her wall back in Scotland, she mentioned that it almost made her want to decorate her apartment more. Almost. Your post happily reminded me of that one "perfect" gift and gave me a glimmer of hope that she shares a modicum of decorating talent with you!

Hi, the gold one is amazing! Could you also make a poster format available? The wallpaper version is unfortunately too small to put up on the wall above the fireplace :)
