Print the monogram letter that you want. Pop it in a frame, put it in a gift bag, and attach the personalized note.

Once you install the font, you can type in the to and from fields provided in the PDF, and it will look exactly like mine. :)
If you decide not to personalize the note all you have to do is print the PDF actual size on a letter sized sheet, and cut it down with scissors.
Attach it to your gift bag with washi tape or ribbon.
